Delivery & Returns

We ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days, so you can get started with your new Billiebin as quickly as possible. The worms are packed with great care and can remain in the packaging for up to 14 days. The shipping costs are €5.95.

Billiebin would like to contribute to an inclusive society. Your package will therefore be sent from a Driestroom sheltered workshop! People who are at a distance from the labor market work here.

* Please note: If you have paid with the payment method “bank transfer”, it may take a few days before this is credited to our account. Shipping will then begin.

Our Cycloon delivery staff will bring your new friends to you by bike! Your package will be delivered to your home within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow the expected delivery time and date. Do you give them a worm's welcome?

(Cycloon does not deliver to all areas of the Netherlands and other countries. Some packages are therefore delivered with PostNL or DHL.)

Worm your way back to satisfaction with our easy returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. As soon as we have received your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

The items you return must be unused and undamaged. They must also be in the original packaging.

* Please note: Because worms are not allowed to remain in the packaging for so long, they unfortunately cannot be returned.
